HSPs and the Personal Growth Journey
I believe that introspection, and the predispostion to pause, check and process deeply are what drive the majority of HSPs down very long and complex paths to personal growth.

I was almost going to title this page "HSPs and the Paralysis of Analysis" because I have met so many who are studying their lives and seeking meaning with such intent and depth that they almst forget to live them. However, that wouldn't be very sensitive of me, would it?

At some point you just have to stop planning, and start doing-- striking forth into the unknown is scary.
Who are you, REALLY? It is not easy to find the answer to that question, especially in view of the fact that we-- as HSPs-- often are people pleasers.
